too tired

wanted to get so much done today but am too tired, so instead of going home today (I stayed at my aunties last night), ive come over to my parents house and am sleeping here tonight then going home tomorrow. I will be taking my niece with me so wont be free to make anything until late tuesday or even wed.
heres a few of the things I need to get done:

find more indian ladies to draw
make more toys for ferrets
make more toys for daisy

well everyone heres a failed attempt at making another toy mouse for ferrets at the shelter. ran out of proper stuffing so had to use newspaper, also on reflection I should have used a plain fabric, but hey ho never mind. heres the scruffy looking git

Ok so I have no idea whats happening to these pictures but they are being squashed for some reason, all of them have come out funny on here. Im so confused, anyway you can still more or less make out the overall shape of them. Only the grey bags pic has stayed how it should be.

Birthday Prezzie

Heres a dress I made back last July for my nieces 1st birthday. Handsewed it all. didnt have a pattern to work from either.

I love how the print on the top half looks quite vintage but when you look closer you see its made up of bunnies. cute.

Dannii Minogues Bag

Hi guys. So here is a  pic of the evening bag I made for the lovely Danni Minogue.
Pink/plummy coloured curtain fabric with a lovely black velvet vintage pattern.
Black velvety linside, magnetic snap clasp to open/close, detatchable silver chain strap so that the bag can be used as a clutch. I especialy love the tear shaped irridecent (prob spelt that wrong) crystals that hang from the flap on the front. Did take another pic but it wont load for some reason. will keep trying

My sewing machine broke the day before I started to make this so I had to handsew it all. I had tennis elbow at the time so it really hurt. Will ask Dannii for a pic of her with it so I can post. The flash makes the fabric look a lighter shade than what it is.

crystal creations

Here are some silver plated and crystal tiaras and cake toppers that I have custom made for weddings. I love working with crystals, they are so beautiful and you can get them in such beautiful colours.

headband

So today I decided to jazz up a plain black headband that I bought ages ago from tesco for £2. I cut some ribbon that came from xmas prezzies and picked a large button. I sewed the black ribbon in place in the shape of a bow and added the button to the middle of it. next I took 3pieces of a different coloured ribbon and sewed those together to make 6 loops. These were then sewed onto the back of the black ribbon/bow. The whole thing was attatched to the headband via sewing through the button holes.

well ive always been creative, making things, painting, sewing etc.
over the years ive done oodles of commission pieces but I hardly ever kept a copy of the work I did. looking back now I wish id taken a photograph of everything id done.
so now thats just what im going to do, no matter how small or rubbish it is.
I will also post some pics that I did take before aswell.
